1. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
Furniture upholstery and reupholstery
Furniture repair and restoration
Custom design and fabric selection consultation
Pickup and delivery (if applicable)
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final pricing may vary based on actual condition of furniture, materials chosen, and scope of work.
Additional charges may apply for unforeseen repairs not visible at time of initial estimate. Customers will be informed before proceeding.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 50% is required to secure booking and order materials.
Remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.
We accept payment methods of: cash, e-transfer, major credit cards.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled service.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
No refunds will be issued for completed services unless workmanship defects are proven.
5. Pickup and Delivery (if offered)
We offer pickup and delivery within Saskatoon and surrounding area for an additional fee.
We are not liable for damage caused in transit unless due to our own negligence.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure furniture is accessible and ready for pickup.
Provide accurate information regarding furniture condition.
Approve fabric and materials before work begins. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges.
7. Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 3months from completion.
This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, exposure to elements, and customer-supplied materials.
8. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues.
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
9. Intellectual Property
All custom designs and created materials remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
