1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Furniture upholstery and reupholstery

  • Furniture repair and restoration

  • Custom design and fabric selection consultation

  • Pickup and delivery (if applicable)

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Final pricing may vary based on actual condition of furniture, materials chosen, and scope of work.

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen repairs not visible at time of initial estimate. Customers will be informed before proceeding.

3. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure booking and order materials.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.

  • We accept payment methods of: cash, e-transfer, major credit cards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services unless workmanship defects are proven.

5. Pickup and Delivery (if offered)

  • We offer pickup and delivery within Saskatoon and surrounding area for an additional fee.

  • We are not liable for damage caused in transit unless due to our own negligence.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure furniture is accessible and ready for pickup.

  • Provide accurate information regarding furniture condition.

  • Approve fabric and materials before work begins. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 3months from completion.

  • This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, exposure to elements, and customer-supplied materials.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues.

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Intellectual Property

All custom designs and created materials remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
